Very, very fast. Multiple plans are available, including plans with upload and download speeds of 25MB. This is 6 to 30 times faster than Cable and DSL, and over 200 times faster than dial-up.
Yes.
We fully support the existing network configuration in your apartment.
Our wireless Wi-Fi repeater/bridge can be used to connect your existing home network to the Natural Wireless network, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of our property-wide wireless service.
A wireless printer can be used with our system; however, a "private network” (a personal network connected to our larger network) must be established to use it.
Wireless printers do not work on the public Natural Wireless network because our public network uses peer-to-peer blocking technology to separate devices and keep our system secure.
This private network will allow your devices to communicate, and will be password- protected to ensure that only you have access.
You can purchase a wireless router of your own (we recommend a Netgear router) and connect it to the system via a Repeater provided by Natural Wireless.
Natural Wireless Repeater Netgear b/g Router
There is a refundable deposit of $75.00 for the Repeater that will be placed on the credit card that the customer has on file with Natural Wireless.
The deposit will be refunded to the same credit card as soon as the Repeater is returned in good condition.
An appointment must be set up with Natural Wireless for a technician to program the repeater and ensure it has a good connection to the system, and that your printer is compatible with the device. There is no charge for the visit!
An appointment can be set up by:
- Calling our 24/7 hotline at 1-877-777-7930,
- Emailing support@naturalwireless.com,
- Using the “Contact Form” at www.NaturalWireless.com located on
the Contact Us page.
We fully support and work with PCs and Macs, including: Airport, Airport Express, and Airport Extreme.
Devices that do not have a wireless connection but do have an Ethernet port, such as DVD players, Xbox, Sling Players and Ethernet enabled TVs can be easily connected to the Natural Wireless system.
Natural Wireless will provide you with a repeater that picks up our wireless signal and converts it to an Ethernet Connection, all at no cost to you:

It's very quick and easy to subscribe:
- Make sure that your computer is Wi-Fi enabled and that the Wi-Fi card is turned on.
- Using your computer’s wireless connection manager, select the wireless network with the SSID called “nw.”
- Open your Internet Browser and go to any site, like www.google.com. You’ll automatically be redirected to our Welcome Page.
- From our Welcome Page, select “View Available Plans and Subscribe.”
- Select a plan and enter your personal information, including email address and credit card information. (A proper email address is needed to receive your receipt and additional instructions).

That's it! It's so easy! Your account will be established and your computer will be authorized to access the Internet through Natural Wireless.
No. Once you purchase our service, the unique address of your computer’s network card is recorded in our system. As long as your account is valid, the system will automatically allow your computer to have access to the system.
If you change your network card or computer, you will again get our Welcome Page since the new network unique address is not registered with the system. You will need to register this computer on the system with your activation code, in order to gain access to the system.
After you complete your initial purchase, you will receive an email from us with an activation code and directions on how to register other computers to your account.
Devices are added and removed by using the Natural Wireless Welcome Page.
If you have a new computer, simply connect to the wireless signal “NW”.
Once you have established an Internet connection, open the web browser, and you will be redirected to the Welcome Page of the property. There will be an option to “Authorize This Computer” (See the screenshot below)
Note: This is only to connect new computers to the network.
The next page will prompt you to enter a valid last name, and activation code.
This information was sent to you by e-mail when the account was purchased.
If you do not remember your activation code, click at the bottom of the page to retrieve it.
Also, you can enter a Nickname for each of the devices you are registering. This will help you identify the computer in the future. (See below)
If the information entered is correct, you will receive the below screen confirming that the device has been registered and is ready to be used over the wireless network.
At this point, you can close the current browser and open a new one to get online.
If you enter a valid name and activation code, but have exceeded the device limit for your account, you will receive the below error message.
You can press “Click here” to get to a screen that will allow you to remove one or more registered devices.
In the next screen, you can see which devices are currently registered to your account.
If you click “Delete,” the device will be removed as a registered device.
The MAC address of the computer/device currently in use is shown. (See below)
Once the device has been deleted from the profile, you will be able to add a new computer or device to the network.
If you are still having problems, or if you need to add a device without a web browser (the Xbox, PlayStation, or a DVD player), please contact our 24/7 support desk at 877-777-7930 and one of our analysts will be glad to help you add the device manually.
We recommend that you purchase a USB based 802.11b/g wireless adapter. They are available at most electronic stores.
No. The wireless network is managed by Natural Wireless using wireless access points that are deployed in the building.
In most cases, you can keep using the e-mail account that you already have. AOL also supports broadband connectivity, so you can continue to use your AOL e-mail account with our wireless Internet service.
If you are using an e-mail account with a dedicated Internet provider (i.e., Verizon, RCN, Time Warner), it is recommended that you obtain a free email account from google, yahoo, or MSN and switch over. These e-mail accounts will assure that your e-mail address will be the same no matter who you use as your broadband provider.
A valid credit card is required to subscribe to our service. During the on-line signup process, you will be asked for a Visa, MasterCard or American Express card number. (Your credit card and personal information is transmitted over a secure SSL connection). Once you subscribe, you will automatically be billed in advance until your subscription is terminated.
A valid email account is required to receive receipts and notices from us. Bills, notices and receipts are not sent via US regular mail.
blink! from Natural Wireless fully supports broadband telephony, such as Vonage, that offer unlimited calls in the US, Canada, and Europe for as little as $25 a month. You can use your existing analog or digital telephone with this service.
All financial and banking transactions, as well as many other applications (web-based email, auction sites, etc) use SSL technology to secure their communication over all networks, including our wireless network. On our Welcome Page, you will note that “https” is displayed, as opposed to “http.” This ensures a secure connection. Also, you will see a lock appear at the lower right corner of your browser. When you subscribe to our Wi-Fi service, we direct you to our secure SSL site when making the transaction, insuring that your purchase is secure.
Also, if you make use of a corporate VPN, all communications over the wireless network will be secure.
If you require additional security, a dedicated access point with WEP or WPA can be installed in your apartment. Please contact us for details.
